Step One — The Brief

What you send us to start.

You do not need a finished tech pack. A few clear inputs are enough to start a real project — everything else can be worked out together.

The strongest briefs are short and specific. Send whatever you already have — a photo, a sketch, a Pinterest board, a product you liked and want to build on. We review it and come back with design direction, not a shopping list.

If you are not sure what to send, message us on WhatsApp. We will tell you exactly what we need for the type of collection you are building.

Tip: The more you tell us about your customer, price point and market, the sharper the design options we send back.
Send Reference Design
  • ✓
Category & style directionWomen's, men's, or work & safety — heels, flats, boots, loafers, sandals or a full range.
  • ✓
References or sketchesPhotos, moodboards, sketches or existing styles you want to build on. Reference is fine — we change details so the final design is yours.
  • ✓
Target market & price pointWhere you are selling, who your customer is, and the price range the collection should sit in.
  • ✓
Expected quantityYour target order size. If you are not sure yet, tell us your budget and we will suggest a realistic first run.
  • ✓
Materials & colourwaysAny preferences for leather, suede, satin, synthetics or specific colour directions.
  • ✓
Branding & packagingLogo placement, insoles, labels and packaging needs — or "help me decide" if you have not chosen yet.

Step Two — How It Runs

From brief to approved sample.

You approve each stage before we move on. Nothing happens without your written sign-off.

Buyer FAQ

Questions brands ask before starting a collection.

A sketch, reference photo, moodboard or short brief is enough to begin. The more you tell us about your customer, market, quantity and price point, the sharper the design direction we send back. If you are not sure what to send, message us on WhatsApp.
No. You do not need a finished tech pack to start. We work from references, sketches or a short brief and build the specification with you as the design is confirmed.
For women's shoes, the usual first order is 120 pairs total, structured as 12 pairs per design, per colour. Men's footwear is kept flexible and low; the exact figure is confirmed in your quote. Extending the range next season is normal once the first styles are proven.
Yes. Samples are paid and are made against the specification agreed in writing. They are revised until you approve them. This is standard across B2B footwear development — there is no free sample stage.
Women's samples typically take 10–14 days once the design is approved. Bulk production usually takes about 4–6 weeks after sample approval. Timelines depend on the style, materials and quantity, and are confirmed in your quote.
Yes. Many brands start with one or two styles to test the market, then extend the collection once the first styles are selling. Starting small is often faster and cheaper than building a full range before you have proven the direction.
Yes. Custom logo placement, insoles, labels, boxes and presentation can all be developed as part of your project. If you already have a brand system, share it at the brief stage. If you do not, we can help you choose a direction.
Yes. We support worldwide shipping and the details are confirmed in your quote. Compliance and labelling requirements for your destination market can be built into the project from the brief stage.

Your Collection. Your Direction.
