What Private Label Means Here

A private label collection is yours — not a rebrand.

Private label does not mean picking a shoe from a shelf and putting your logo on it. It means developing a collection from your brief, your references and your brand direction — then producing it under your label.

The shoe is designed with you, sampled with you, customised for you, and presented under your brand. Nothing about the collection is generic.

  • Your customer, market and price point shape the range
  • Your references and brand guide shape the design
  • Your logo, insoles, labels and packaging carry your name
  • Your approval is required at every stage before we move on

What A Private Label Project Includes

From design brief to packaged delivery.

These are the services that make up a private label project. Every brand uses a different combination — we plan the right one for your brief.

Design & development

Every private label project starts with the design stage — where your references turn into a working footwear design.

  • Custom shoe design from your brief
  • Collection development across the range
  • Materials and colourways planned together
  • Footwear customisation and detail work

Sampling & branding

Once the design is confirmed, we move into samples and branding — so you can see and approve the physical shoe before bulk.

  • Paid sample built against the confirmed spec
  • Revision rounds until you approve
  • Logo placement, insoles, labels and tags
  • Custom packaging from a 500-box minimum

How It Runs

Design-led, brief-first, sample before bulk.

Private label is not a shortcut to production — it is a development process. We start from your brief, agree on a design, sample it, revise it until you approve, then move into production planning.

  • You approve every stage — design, materials, sample, quote — before we move to the next
  • Paid samples first — no free samples, no surprises after commitment
  • Written specifications — everything confirmed in writing, not on a call
  • Brand-ready output — the collection arrives with your logo, labels and packaging
120 Pairs total first order for women's footwear — structured as 12 pairs per design, per colour
500 Minimum boxes for custom packaging. Extra boxes can be stored or shipped with your order — your choice.
10–14 Days for women's sample turnaround, once the design and specification are approved
4–6 Weeks for bulk production after sample approval, depending on style, materials and quantity

Buyer FAQ

Questions brands ask about private label footwear.

Private label footwear is a collection developed specifically for your brand and produced under your label — with your logo, labels and packaging. It is not a generic shoe with a logo added at the end; it is designed and developed around your brief, your market and your brand direction.
No. A sketch, a reference photo, a moodboard or a short brief is enough to begin. We build the design with you as part of the project.
For women's shoes, the usual first order is 120 pairs total, structured as 12 pairs per design, per colour. Men's footwear is kept flexible and low; the exact figure is confirmed in your quote. This applies to a collection the same way it applies to a single style — spread across the styles in your range.
Yes. Samples are paid and are made against the specification agreed in writing. They are revised until you approve them. This is standard across B2B footwear development — there is no free sample stage.
Yes. Custom logo options and proper branding are available on every private label project — logo placement on insoles, socks, lining or upper, plus woven labels, embossing, foil or print. Custom packaging is also available from a 500-box minimum.
Yes. We can develop a single style or a coordinated collection across silhouettes, materials, colourways and seasons — so the range works together as one line. Most brands use collection development alongside private label to plan the full range.
Yes. We support international B2B brands across the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia. Everything runs through WhatsApp, email and video calls — you do not need to visit in person.
