Custom Shoe Design Service

Custom Shoe Design for Fashion & Footwear Brands

Lajwanti Designers turns your references, sketches and brand ideas into custom shoe designs that are ready to sample. Tell us what you have, and we will help you shape it into a shoe your brand can put into production.

Where You Start

Start with what you have.

You do not need a finished tech pack. Share what you have and we will build the rest with you. This is how our custom footwear design service works for most brands.

A sketch or moodboard

We turn your drawings and inspiration into a shoe that can be made.

A reference photo

Show us a style you like. We keep what works and change the details so the design is yours.

A tech pack

We check your specifications and point out anything that could cause problems in sampling.

Just a brand idea

Tell us your customer, price and season. We suggest shoe styles that fit.

Step One: The Idea

Footwear concept development

We turn your customer, price and season into a few clear design directions. You pick one, and we build on it.

  • Moodboard and reference review
  • Options for shape, material and colour

Step Two: The Shape

Shoe silhouette development

The silhouette is the shape people notice first. We adjust the toe, heel and sole until the shoe looks right and can be built.

  • Shape checked against how shoes are made
  • Final shape confirmed in a physical sample

Ready to share your idea?
