Questions about the quote request.

No. A sketch, reference photo, moodboard or a short written brief is enough to start. We review what you send, tell you what we need to know, and build the specification with you as the design is confirmed.
We review quote requests during business hours (Monday to Saturday). WhatsApp messages are usually answered the same day. Complex briefs may take slightly longer while we review references or materials.
Both, at different stages. Your first quote covers design and the paid sample stage. Once you approve the sample, the private label production quote follows with MOQ, lead time and packaging. You approve each stage before we move to the next.
That is fine — tell us your rough budget or target and we will suggest a realistic first order. Women's footwear starts at 120 pairs total (12 pairs per design, per colour). Men's minimum is kept flexible and confirmed in your quote.
Yes. Samples are paid and are made against the specification agreed in writing. They are revised until you approve them. This is standard across B2B footwear development — there is no free sample stage.
Yes. The form accepts sketches, photos, tech packs, brand guides and other reference files — PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, ZIP and common document formats. Multiple files are fine.
Yes. We support international B2B brands across the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia. Everything runs through WhatsApp, email and video calls — you do not need to visit in person.
