Custom Pump Design for Brands

Custom Pumps Design for Private Label Women's Footwear Brands

Develop custom pumps and slingbacks for private-label women's collections — pointed courts, round and almond toes, peep-toes, kitten heels and elasticated slingbacks — built around your brand direction, materials and target market.

What We Do

Pumps and slingbacks, developed around your brand.

Lajwanti Designers develops custom pumps and slingbacks for private-label women's footwear collections — pointed courts, round and almond toes, peep-toes, kitten heels and elasticated or buckled slingbacks — built around your brand's customer, market and price point. Every style starts from your references or brief, moves through the design stage as a written specification, then into a paid sample for review and approval before production planning.

We work with fashion labels, bridal and occasion boutiques, retailers and private-label buyers who need a coordinated pump and slingback range — not one-off styles.

Style Variations

Pump shapes we develop.

Every pump or slingback can be developed as a single style or as part of a coordinated collection.

Pointed-Toe Court

The classic closed pump. Pointed toe, clean vamp and heel heights from 50mm to 100mm for formal and occasion ranges.

Slingbacks

Elasticated or buckled back straps. Adjustable fit, open heel and a lighter silhouette for spring/summer lines.

Round & Almond Toe

Softer toe shapes for comfort-led collections. Popular in retail, workwear and everyday women's ranges.

Peep-Toe & Kitten Heel

Open-toe detailing and lower heels (40–60mm) for brands that need both statement and wearable styles.

Buyer FAQ

What brands ask before starting a pump project.

Yes. Pumps are developed with full customisation on toe shape, heel height, construction, materials, colourways and branding for private-label brands. You can supply your own tech pack or work from our reference silhouettes.
For women's shoes, the usual first order is 120 pairs total, structured as 12 pairs per design, per colour. This lets you spread your order across several pump and slingback styles without overcommitting on a first run.
Yes. Pointed, round, almond and peep-toe shapes can all be developed, along with heel heights from roughly 4cm to 10cm, materials, colourways, hardware and branding — subject to confirmed availability and construction compatibility.
Yes. Slingback backs can be built with elasticated inserts, buckled straps or adjustable sliders. Strap width, tension and hardware are specified at design stage and confirmed in the physical sample.
Yes, and it is the usual approach. Pumps and slingbacks can share a last, heel profile, material story and colour palette so the range reads as one coordinated line across a season.
Materials are approved by specification, appearance, construction compatibility, availability and target cost. You receive material direction for sign-off before sampling begins, and the approved material is locked into the production specification.
There are four documented gates: brief review, physical sample approval, production sign-off, and pre-shipment QC. Nothing moves to the next stage without your explicit approval.
Share the design reference or tech pack, expected quantity, target market, material and colour preferences, size range, branding and packaging requirements, destination country and target delivery date.
Typical sample development takes 10–14 days, with bulk production around 4–6 weeks after sample approval. Exact timelines are confirmed per project based on quantity, materials and finishing.
Yes, worldwide shipping support is available. International sampling, production and shipping specifics — including Incoterms — are confirmed during quotation.
Yes. Peep-toe and closed court pumps can be built on the same last with a shared heel and material story, which keeps the collection coherent while offering two distinct looks at retail.
