Footwear Customisation Services

Custom Footwear Design & Brand Customisation

Lajwanti Designers helps brands customise silhouettes, materials, colours, trims, finishes and details so a collection looks and feels like yours — not a generic template. Every customisation is confirmed against your market, price point and production requirements before sampling.

Where You Start

Everything that makes a shoe your own.

Not every project needs every option. You pick the areas that matter most and we build the rest of the shoe around them.

Silhouette

Toe shape, heel height, panel layout and overall proportions.

Materials

Leather, suede, satin, patent, velvet and mixed-material builds.

Colours & finishes

Core and seasonal colourways, plus finish and edge treatments.

Details & branding

Trims, hardware, insoles, labels and logo placement.

Customisation One

Silhouette customisation

Adjust toe shape, heel height, panel layout and proportions without rebuilding the whole design. This is often the fastest way to make a reference design look like your own.

  • Toe and heel shape adjustments
  • Panel layout and seam placement
  • Closure style — slip-on, buckle, strap, lace
  • Overall proportions and coverage

Customisation Two

Material & finish customisation

Material choice decides how a shoe feels and wears. We match materials to the category, price point and season — and confirm physical swatches before sampling.

  • Upper materials and linings
  • Finish effects — matte, gloss, metallic, embossed
  • Mixed-material builds
  • Material compatibility with your price target

Buyer FAQ

Questions brands ask about customisation.

Yes. Most customisation projects start from an existing reference design, and we change the silhouette, materials, colours, trims or branding to make it your own. You can also start from your own sketch, tech pack or moodboard.
Custom shoe design creates or significantly reworks the shoe from a blank start. Customisation adapts an existing direction — shape, materials, colours, trims or branding — without rebuilding everything. Most projects use both: design for the main shapes, customisation for the details that make them yours.
Yes. Share your brand guide, existing range or reference imagery and we match the design, materials and colourways to it. Pantone matching can be arranged on request. Physical swatches are reviewed before sampling.
Customisation is always limited by what can be made reliably and at your price point. If a customisation would affect durability, fit or cost beyond your target, we will tell you before sampling — not after.
Yes. Custom logo options are available as part of your project. Logo placement on insoles, socks, lining or upper, plus woven labels, embossing, foil or print — all depending on the style and materials. The options are confirmed in your quote.
Yes. Custom packaging is available from a 500-box minimum. Branding, tissue and carton marking options are all worked out with the project. See the Branding & Packaging page for detail.
Yes. Samples are paid and are made against the specification agreed in writing. They are revised until you approve them. This is standard across B2B footwear development — there is no free sample stage.
